How to change domain whois contact information
To update your domain contact details, log into your 369Hosting account and navigate to the My Domains page. There are two ways to do this:
- Click the Domains panel near the top of the Portal Home screen, or
- Open the Domains menu and select My Domains.
On the My Domains screen, you'll see a list of all your domains. To update a specific domain, click the spanner icon next to it to open the Settings menu and select Edit Contact Information.
On the Contact Information page, you can update the details for the domain's registrant, admin, tech, and billing contacts. You can either use the existing information from your 369Hosting account or enter custom details in the contact form.
Once you've made your changes, click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
If you’re updating the Registrant Contact Email for an international domain, a confirmation process may be initiated. Ensure that the email being updated is accessible to you or the current email owner. If the email is inaccessible, contact the Support Team for assistance.
Please note that for .NZ domains, the "Registrant Name" cannot be changed directly. To transfer domain ownership, please contact our support team, as this process must be filed through the DNC.
